See movement and care in action with Dr. Lenny. These short clips offer a glimpse of supervised practice, hands-on care and my own workouts—so you can get to know my approach and picture the possibilities for your own goals.
Watch for inspiration and a sense of what I do. Your sessions are built around you; the movements and weights shown here are examples, not your assigned home program. Already working with me? Open your personal exercises here.
Everyday movement
Practicing floor-to-stand transfers
This clip shows supervised practice getting up from the floor. I choose the support and starting position around the person’s strength, balance and home environment.
Hands-on physical therapy
Lumbar mobilization during a visit
This clip shows lumbar mobilization on my treatment table. When appropriate after an assessment, I use hands-on treatment alongside movement and exercise, then reassess the response. This is a treatment demonstration, not a technique to copy at home.

Coaching everyday strength
Small details—support, resistance and clear guidance—help make a session personal. These clips show examples from supervised visits.
Seated resistance-band practice
A glimpse of seated band work from a home visit. I choose the resistance and movement for the person; the band setup shown is one individual example.
Practicing getting up from a chair
This clip shows supervised sit-to-stand practice using band resistance. The chair, support and challenge are selected for the person’s abilities and goals.

My own strength training
These clips show my personal gym training. The exercises and weights reflect my own experience; your fitness program starts with your goals, current abilities and available equipment.
Barbell squats
A set of barbell squats from my own workout. In a session together, I choose the starting position, support and resistance around how you move.
Bench press
A bench-press set from my own workout. For your program, I consider your shoulder comfort, training experience and the equipment available before choosing an upper-body exercise.
Make the exercise fit you
A short video does not show the full assessment or how I choose and progress a plan. If a movement bothers another joint, tell me so we can adjust it. Read how I adapt home exercises, or call me at 267-647-9097 or text me to talk about your goals and what a visit at your home could look like.
