MOBILE PT VS HOMECARE PT

What is Mobile Physical Therapy and why is it different from PT provided through Homecare agencies?

We offer mobile PT clinic service by rendering one on one, outpatient therapy services in a patients home. A patient does not need to be homebound to receive outpatient therapy services and they do not have to have difficulty leaving their homes. Any patient that would seek out community based physical therapy services can receive home based PT per their convenience. They simply must need physical therapy to improve their pain, functional status, safety and/or quality of life.

WHAT KIND OF CONDITIONS WOULD QUALIFY A PATIENT FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY?

  • Difficulty with walking, fear of falling/history of falls.
